At CPD EduFees (a service by CREATOR PRESERVER DESTROYER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED), we provide a secure and seamless system for online payment of education-related fees. This Cancellation Policy outlines when and how a transaction can be canceled while using our platform.
1. Cancellation Before Payment Processing
A payment can be cancelled only before it is successfully processed. Users may cancel the transaction if:
- The “Confirm Payment” button has not yet been clicked.
- You are still on the payment selection or data entry page and no amount has been debited.
- The payment request has not been redirected to the bank or payment gateway.
2. Cancellation After Payment Has Been Initiated
Once a payment has been initiated and the amount is being processed by your bank or payment gateway:
- The transaction cannot be canceled on the CPD EduFees platform.
- If the transaction fails but the amount is debited, it will be handled under our Refund Policy.
- If the transaction succeeds and the institution receives the amount, cancellation is no longer possible on CPD EduFees.
3. Cancellation of Successful Payments
CPD EduFees cannot cancel a payment once it is successfully credited to the educational institution. For issues such as:
- Incorrect student details
- Wrong fee amount
- Duplicate payments
- Course changes or withdrawal
You must contact the respective educational institution’s administration directly. Their internal policies will apply to such requests.
4. Automatic Cancellation Due to System Errors
A transaction may be automatically cancelled by the system if:
- The payment gateway times out or encounters an error.
- The bank declines the request due to insufficient balance or security restrictions.
- Connectivity interruptions occur before your payment is validated.
In such cases, if the amount is deducted, the refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy.
5. Changes to This Cancellation Policy
CPD EduFees reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
